Garam Marsala

I use this spice often when making Indian  curry dishes. It's hard to find in the grocery store, so I make my own. 

1 tablespoon ground cumin
1 1/2 teaspoons ground coriander
1 1/2 teaspoons ground cardamon
1 1/2 ground black pepper 
1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1/2 teaspoon ground cloves
1/2 teaspoon ground nutmeg

Mix all the ingredients together and store in an airtight container.
