1 garlic clove, minced
1/2 cup mayonnaise
1/4 cup Parmesan Cheese
1 tablespoon white wine vinegar
1 tablespoon Worchestershire sauce
1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
2 anchovy fillets, rinsed
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon pepper
1/4 cup olive oil
Combine lemon juice and garlic in a small bowl and let sit for 10 minutes.
Place all ingredients on a blender, except for the olive oil and blend until smooth. With the motor running, slowly add the oil through the opening in the lid until incorporated.
