Honey Mustard Salad Dressing

This is my own recipe. This keeps for 6 weeks in the refrigerator.

1 cup mayo
1 tablespoon vegetable oil
juice of 1 lemon
¼ cup honey
¼ cup rice vinegar (if not available, use another lemon)
¼ cup Dijon style mustard
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon ground pepper
1/2 teaspoon Worchestershire

Combine the above ingredients in a blender. Blend for 30 seconds. Place in a container and refrigerate until ready to use.
