Tomato Juice Cocktail

Another one of my Aunt Judy's recipes. She always serves this at our family Christmas Eve party.

4 6-oz. cans tomato juice
2 8-oz. cans shrimp (cleaned)
1 cup tomato ketchup
4 tablespoon horse radish
1 cup diced celery
3 tablespoons sugar
½ teaspoon garlic powder
juice of 1 lemon
½ cup grated Swiss cheese

The night before serving, mix together all of the ingredients except the cheese and lemon. Add the cheese and lemon just before serving.

Serve in small plastic drink cups.
