Egg Nog French Toast

My own recipe. This is a fun thing to serve during the Christmas holiday. I love it with Cranberry Syrup.

8 croissants
6 eggs
1 1/2 cups egg nog
1 teaspoon vanilla
pinch salt

In a large mixing bowl, combine the eggs, egg nog, vanilla, and salt and whisk to combine. Pour the mixture into a shallow bowl.

Place a large skillet over medium heat. Spray the surface well with Pam. Dip each croissant into the egg nog mixture and place in the pan. Cook on both sides until lightly browned. Remove from heat.

Serve with melted butter and syrup.
